I want to be very clear that Hickory Farms did nothing wrong with my order. The order was processed promptly and shipped within 48 hours, which I truly appreciated—especially during the busy holiday season. Unfortunately, once the package reached FedEx in south-central Pennsylvania (specifically the Middletown, PA area), it stalled there for nearly a week with no meaningful movement or delivery date. Because of daily delay going on the 5th to 6th business day after one supervisor escalation and one trace, I ultimately contacted FedEx to request a cancellation on the shipment and a reversal for my cc through Hickory Farms. This was disappointing, as Hickory Farms products have always been a reliable and thoughtful holiday gift for me in the past. However, given this experience as they work with this shipper, I would hesitate to repeat the same process next year. I’m sharing this not as a complaint against Hickory Farms—but as feedback, since situations like this can result in lost sales and refunds that are beyond your direct control. I sincerely hope that Hickory Farms management/corporate may be able to review carrier performance in that area going forward. Thank you
